Our range of training courses for professional coaches and the manager as coach draw on our specialised knowledge and observation of what is effective in making new knowledge and skills stick following initial training. Specifically, we have drawn on many organisations' insights of what works and what problems delegates experience in reality. This has enabled us to incorporate relevant and wide-ranging learning points in our courses. We aim to provide a highly engaging and memorable experience for delegates, fostering real learning and enabling skills to be safely practised using relevant scenarios.

All courses emphasise strong class interaction, with observed role-plays and demonstrations forming an important element of the learning. We don't teach just a single coaching model, recognizing the different situations in which coaching skill may need to be applied (including for managers ad-hoc conversations). Optionally, we also offer occasional skill-builder webinars for course alumni, as well as the option for 1-to-1 follow-on coaching and/or facilitated action learning sets.

Delegate notes are comprehensive and designed to serve as on-going reference materials (some courses may also include or be combined with our coach's toolkit, packaged in an attractive Filofax folder). Courseware, delegate notes and toolkits may all be customized as required to suit client needs.

Our courses are run by experienced trainers who are also coaches and coach supervisers themselves. Indeed, the Course Director of our 'In-house Coach Development' programme was the first to lead a public sector organisation's coaching programme to achieving the coveted European Mentoring and Coaching Council Quality Award. Trainer associates come from a variety of backgrounds, all with extensive interests in furthering their own development as coaches and being committed to sharing best practice knowledge.
